What kind of design work can I request?

You can request most types of digital design, including:


Social media graphics

Ads and banners

Flyers, brochures, or pitch decks

Images for campaigns

Basic branding (excluding complex logo design)


If you're unsure about a specific type of project, feel free to ask before subscribing.


How do I submit a design request after payment?

Once your PayPal payment is confirmed, you'll receive a link to a Tally

form where you can describe your request in detail. After submitting it,

you’ll get access to a personal Trello board to track progress, communicate,

and manage revisions.

How long does each design take?

Each design request is delivered within 3 business days max.

If the request is simple or you provide clear references,

it may be completed even faster.

What if I don’t like the design?

Each plan includes revision rounds:


Basic: 1 revision (available 24 hours after delivery)

Plus: Up to 2 revisions per request


To get the best results, we recommend being as clear and detailed as possible<

when submitting your request.


Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. If you’re on the Plus plan, you can pause your subscription at any time.

Your remaining time will be

saved, and you can resume whenever you’re ready.

Perfect if your workload shifts or you're between projects.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription anytime through your PayPal account.

Once canceled, you’ll still have access to design requests until the end of your

30-day cycle. After that, access to the Tally form and Trello board will be disabled.

Do you offer refunds?

We don’t offer refunds due to the nature of creative services.

However, we work closely with you during the revision process to make sure

your final design aligns with your vision—within the scope of your plan.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime.

To switch, simply cancel your current plan and subscribe to the new one. We recommend

doing this at the end of your billing cycle to avoid overlap or losing unused time.

How do I track my design requests?

Once you submit your request via Tally, you’ll receive access to a custom Trello board

where you can:


Monitor request status (In review, In progress, Delivered, etc.)

Leave comments or upload additional files

See estimated delivery times
